​Strengths For LYF has developed a proprietary framework called F.O.R.T.E,  a roadmap or guide as we journey from where you are, clarifying where you choose to be and keeping you fixed on achieving your vision.​ Coaching is a co-creative process of discovery to embrace positive and lasting change as you, the individual or as part of a team, re-imagine your future.

You may choose a specific approach and stick with it or combine different approaches over different phases of your coaching programme.
