Strengths for LYF Pte Ltd is a leadership and organisational culture practice based in Singapore.

Mary Chieu Kwuan Loh is Founder of Strengths for LYF, a Singapore-based leadership and organizational development practice committed to strengthening leadership clarity, team culture, and sustainable growth.
Her work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: concepts of leadership have changed and leadership development is no longer only about improving individual capability, but about shaping how people experience working, learning, and growing together. Across organizations, educational institutions, and arts and nonprofit communities, Mary supports leaders and teams in building greater self-awareness, stronger collaboration, and more intentional cultures.
Mary’s career reflects an unusually broad cross-sector journey spanning higher education, arts management, communications, leadership development, and cultural programming
As a Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and Certified ECD Emotional Culture Consultant, Mary integrates strengths-based development with emotional culture awareness to help individuals and teams better understand how they lead, relate, and contribute. She creates reflective spaces where people can surface what is often sensed but left unspoken — whether around alignment, trust, motivation, or uncertainty — and turn those powerful insights into behaviour that strengthen leadership practice and team effectiveness.
This integrative perspective informed the development of the FORTE Leadership & Culture Model™, a framework that brings together strengths awareness, leadership ownership, relational intelligence, emotional culture, and sustainable change. Through this work, Mary helps clients move from insight to intentional action.
