The FORTE Leadership & Culture Model™ is a strengths-based leadership framework designed to help leaders, teams, and organisations build high-performing cultures.

Why It Matters

The word 'forte' is derived from the French word 'fort' for a strong point or a vantage as well as the Italian word 'forte' which means strength. 

 

Many leadership approaches focus primarily on skills or behaviours in isolation.
